About Me

Advertising is one of the very few professions where creativity is embedded in the entire process. My passion is this ability to create, specifically, having the creative license to manifest something in the real world from thoughts and drive impact. Marketing is the vehicle to drive change – for better or worse. I did not develop my passion for advertising and public relations until I attended “principles of marketing and sales” in my first year of college (Suny Sullivan). After successful completion, I felt a strong sense of obligation to help small businesses, and their local communities grow.

I’m energized every day knowing that by doing one thing well (i.e, advertising) I can help drive a positive impact in the world. Local businesses create jobs, support families, fund charities, help their communities thrive, and do so much more. Given my newfound purpose, I set out to achieve my mission of empowering small businesses with all the technology and talent they need to manage and grow their business. Due to the ongoing pandemic, my journey has been a digital one so far. I have developed two discord communities (instant messaging and digital distribution platform) with over two-thousand members, each specializing in its own niche. Every person here represents a small business as they seek financial freedom. This can be accomplished through investing however, marketing plays a central role as I help cut through the noise of the markets to deliver insightful information tailored to them.

Leveraging the social media platform TikTok to curate over a million views to develop communities gave me a grasp of what social media can produce. Being exposed to social media has driven my passion further to learn more about Advertising/Public Relations. As Ad/Pr summarized starts with conversations, creates connections, and drives conversion that can be measured and optimized in real-time through the team’s core capabilities. This mindset extends to creating growth for people, communities, and myself through the Ad/Pr program here at CCNY. The Ad/PR Program will give me access to global corporations, leading-edge firms, dynamic grassroots organizations, and an engaged faculty that includes working professionals to absorb information to grow further as a person and as an advertiser.
